These terms apply when you use the Shift Value app and website, provided by Berforia, LLC.

Using Shift Value

Use the app and site lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation or misuse their content. You are responsible for the settings and information you enter and the decisions you make using estimates.

Estimates Only

Shift Value provides estimates, not tax or legal advice. Tax rules, payroll withholding, benefits, and employer policies can change your actual take-home pay. We do not guarantee a particular paycheck or result. Check your pay stub and ask a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

Shift Value offers an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $3.99 per year (prices may vary by country), with a 1-month free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase after the trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. For help, see Shift Value Support.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.

Apple License Terms

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the app.

Availability and Responsibility

We may update the app, website, and these terms. We aim to keep the information useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free estimates. To the extent allowed by law, Berforia, LLC is not responsible for losses caused by relying on estimates. These terms do not limit rights that the law gives you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, subject to any consumer rights that apply where you live.
